Caffeine
Large consumption of caffeine can result in a difficult birth, a low weight level of the baby, and an increase in the risk of miscarriage.
Unpasteurized Milk
Drink only unpasteurized milk or raw milk after boiling it. Avoid having soft-serve ice creams as they lead to a high risk of listeria contamination.
Raw or Uncooked Meat and Some Fishes
Toxoplasmosis is a parasite found in meat, soil, untreated water. If infected (which is very rare), it can cause harm to the baby. Always thoroughly cook your food. Some types of fish have higher levels of mercury, which can affect the baby’s developing nervous system.
Any Supplements containing Vitamin A
Consumption of Vitamin A can harm the baby.
Alcohol
Zero consumption of alcohol is best for the unborn baby.
Uncooked Egg
Avoid having food that has uncooked egg, having a solid white and yolk is a must as it would lower the risk of getting salmonella food poisoning
