Another unknown health benefit of green tea is that it soothes the painful symptoms in arthritis patients. Green tea ingredients act as an agent that minimizes inflation reducing the discomfort for those affected with debilitating disease. Green tea is also recommended to diabetic patients because it has the capacity of lowering blood sugar.
