Lean protein rich diet
Lean protein rich foods like fish, soy beans, lean meat, and eggs help keep the stomach full and help lose weight. Wayne Campbell, nutrition professor at Purdue University affirms “You are most likely to feel fuller after eating protein than other nutrients, including fiber, and one of the theories behind why higher-protein diets work well with weight loss is because it helps you not feel hungry.”
Sprinkle cinnamon on your oatmeal, coffee, fruit, tea etc and watch your blood sugar levels clamber down. This will help you to control the appetite. Other spices like ginger and cloves also help curtail hunger.
